Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed with your consent

• Services that have already been fully performed with your consent before the withdrawal period ends

Because the logo design service is a custom digital service created specifically for the customer, the right of withdrawal expires once the design process has started.

By purchasing the service and submitting the design questionnaire, the customer explicitly agrees that the design work may begin immediately and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived.
